As Founder and Principal Consultant of Kyldar Consulting Inc., Kylie provides strategic fundraising leadership, grant research and proposal development, and donor engagement support across all sectors, including organizations working in community development, public safety, education, environmental stewardship, and volunteer-led services.

Kylie is known for her ability to translate complex programs, policies, and financial information into clear, compelling funding narratives that resonate with funders while remaining practical for delivery teams. Over the course of his career, Darrell has led and advised organizations across multiple sectors, providing practical, results-oriented management expertise grounded in real-world operational experience.

In recent years, Darrell has expanded his work into the nonprofit sector, supporting grant and individual donor fundraising initiatives for community-focused organizations. With over five years of hands-on experience in proposal development, donor engagement, and funding strategy, he contributes a pragmatic, business-minded lens to fundraising efforts.
